Carli started her career as a classroom teacher working in a low-income community in Houston, TX.  Her values of impact and connection were solidified here and have served as guiding principles throughout her career.

Post classroom and during her decade long career at Teach For America, Carli coached hundreds of teachers and administrators to achieve transformational results in some of the US’s most underserved communities, resulting in raising student achievement by over 220%.  Additionally, Carli created and facilitated Teach For America’s signature leadership development program, and as Managing Director of Recruitment, led a national talent acquisition team that oversaw the people processes and infrastructure necessary to recruit thousands of leaders.

Most recently, as Head of People at a high growth start up, Carli built the people-centered structures, including company-wide learning and development, coaching for the senior executive team and managers, human capital strategy and full-cycle talent acquisition, for a $3B business to thrive during a crucial time of transition.

As the founder of Carli Gribov Coaching, Carli’s clients include state and national governments to major organizations like Oracle, Teach For America and The American Cancer Society, to high growth companies like Chief, Snap and Thumbtack to entrepreneurs building out their businesses.  Her service offerings include executive leadership coaching, people development training and facilitation, and human capital strategy consulting. Continuously driven by her own values, a deep belief that purposeful work drives results and extensive experience in the social impact and startup world, Carli works with her clients to increase their self-awareness, build skill, and amplify their impact.

Carli is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and PCC (Professional Certified Coach) through the International Coaching Federation (ICF).  She is a certified Leadership Circle 360 practitioner, a Schusterman Senior Fellow and trained in the Immunity to Change framework.  She holds a BA from The University of Michigan and lives in Evanston with her husband, two kids and very slobbery Golden Retriever Luna.
